When i connect it to USB 2.0 port and start data transfer it got automatically disconnected. while on USB 3.0 port its working fine but having very data transfer Speeds like only 200 Kb/s to 300 Kb/s. Things i have already tried.network issues exist when using a 3rd party Ethernet to USB-C adapter. I've updated the BIOS on affected machines, updated all USB and Ethernet drivers, and updated all firmware for the WD-15 docks, using Dell support assist, Dell command update, and manually installing drivers. I have my dongle in a powered USB hub, so I just switch off the port it's in and switch it on again a couple of seconds later—that always makes the connection.
